I think it would be cool to enable fans of Now On Tap to put what's Now On Tap on their own blog. To be able to point their friends to their 'beer' tag or page to see what beer offerings are Now On Tap at their favorites places.
I think Feedburners Feedflare service is a way to turn your current blog's RSS feed (the reusable, re-designable, version of your blog automatically updated in XML format whenever you blog), into an little snippet someone can put right in their weblog template and blog posts to have handy. Or something like that.
